Niharika Nigam, adorned with an M.Arch and B.Arch, is an alumni from BBD University, Lucknow, specializing in Landscape Design. During her academic pursuit, she brought to the forefront her undergraduate thesis on the “Eco resorts in Uttarakhand," and a master's thesis on the "Integration of socio-cultural spaces at the Art of Living Ashram, Bangalore". With a track record of over 7 years + in the realms of architecture and landscape design, Niharika's professional collaborations boast of renowned design firms like RSMS Architects and Pixel Designs (Delhi). She has worked over some of the prestigious commercial undertakings, including the Regency hospitals in Kanpur, the Nagpur Cancer Hospital, and the Medics Hospital in Lucknow, along with an array of high-end residential projects. Venturing beyond the conventional, she pioneered the Construction Tech Startup, "Fresh Perspectives," revolutionizing with 3D Building Data. Further showcasing her entrepreneurial acumen, she donned the investor's hat for the innovative "Space Ahead Technologies", a venture studio dedicated to fostering tech startups in the construction arena. Furthermore, in academia, Niharika has illuminated the corridors of Interior Design & Architecture institutions, orchestrating industry-centric events that have proven invaluable for budding designers. She's the visionary behind celebrated design exhibitions like "Design Santushti" in Delhi and "DesignUru" in Bangalore. Furthermore, her esteemed positions on the Board of Studies and Board of Examiners at Bangalore North University underline her commitment to the educational sector.
